Scrap tires catalytic pyrolysis technology is the recycling waste tyre catalytic cracking, an important issue in the field of research, the temperature effect is waste tyre cracking efficiency the key factor. Since conventional PLC controller simple structure, and robust, is widely used in process control, but conventional PLC in the system parameters, work environment change often cannot obtain the good control effect. Based on knowledge and not rely on the accurate mathematical model of fuzzy control technology to this kind of hard to control problems brought by new ideas.This paper studies and design of waste tyre processing equipment although has the structure characteristics of the simple process high reliability, but its control systems to a model not sure, nonlinear, large delay control system.Programmable logic controller PLC in industrial control is used widely. For general control tasks, the conventional PID algorithm has good performance of PLC, but it facing complex control task but can not meet the requirements. To improve the control performance, PLC manufacturer rolled out such as fuzzy control, PLC intelligent control module. Although these modules of PLC control performance increase, but technically closed, lack of flexibility, poor universality, expensive etc, and the software realization with PLC of the fuzzy control to solve the scrap tire processing equipment control some of the problems.In the scrap tire process after further research, according to the specific site is designed by using the characteristics of waste tires of cracking furnace control. In terms of hardware design, to coordinate each part of cracking furnace control, we must construct advanced PLC master-slave control network, coordinated by the PLC control, the temperature sensor of each part in cracking furnace all-round information collection, in software, by combining with the practical application of the fuzzy control to realize no model burner flexible and efficient control, control of the operation of the actual production of cracking furnace of load allocation, not only in the whole production condition the safe operation of the coefficient were greatly degree rise, and greatly improve the product quality and production efficiency, reduce scrap tire in the process of pollution to the environment. This article for the final of the fuzzy controller based on PLC is simulated by using MATLAB modules in the Simulink simulation in the controlled object model parameters change, compared with conventional PLC of the fuzzy controller based on PLC control effect. Through the research found that software to realize PLC fuzzy control can be used for industrial practice. Compared with the hardware implementation, cheaper, more flexible, portability better. Based on PLC fuzzy control compared with the traditional PLC control design is simple, have faster response speed, robustness better, has good dynamic and static performance.
