Chemiluminescence is to be concerned widely with the highefficiency and sensitivity, which has been widely used inenvironmental detection, immune analysis, food analysis. FlowInjection analysis is to manage and measure the completed samplein the condition of non-balance, which make up the low repeat andlow automation of chemiluminescence, so broaden the applicationof chemiluminescence. Capillary electrophoresisis a newtechnolegy of liquid phase separation, which realized the both highefficiency and sensitivity combined with chemiluminescence.1. In this paper, based on the ionic liquid could enhance the“Luminol–H2O2–Cu2+”chemiluminescence(CL)system, the newmethod of determining hydrogen peroxide was designed. Themethod was applied successfully to determination the residual H2O2of rainwater and waterish logged tripe. The linear range for H2O2was1.5×10-7to 2.0×10-4M, The detection limit is 8.9×10-8M.2. Based on(1),the new chemiluminescence system of Luminol–H2O2–Cu2++IL was presented, We found that tetracyclineantibiotics ( TCs) have different quenching to the system. Thechemiluminescence quenching values(ΔCL) show good linearrelationship with TCs for a specific range of concentrations. A new,simple, and sensitive CL Quenching method for the detection of TCs isdeveloped. The application of the present method to thedetermination of TCs in tablets and human urine gave satisfactoryresults, the RSD is 2.5 % and 2.7% respectively. The method hashigher sensitivity than others.3. We found that the glutathione quenching and enhance to the signalof electrophoresis chemiluminescence of“Luminol–K3Fe(CN)6”system. As a result of reduced glutathione thiol, exhibit stronginstability, we placed through the time and the formation ofcomplexes with Cd2+electrophoretic behavior of its instability, as themarket also prototype glutathione in the identification of activecomponent to provide the theory basis, In laboratory-built CE–CLapparatus, the proposed method can been applied to the separationand determination of reduced and oxidized glutathione anddetermination of GSH in commercial drug and spiked in human urineand plasma with satisfactory results. The work has certain practicalsignificance.
