In recent years, Chinese researchers developed a large number of new technology of fluid catalytic cracking for reducing olefin in gasoline, among which owns independent intellectual rights of Maximizing Iso-Paraffins process.Based on analyzing Maximizing Iso-Paraffins process and reaction mechanism of fluid catalytic cracking,10-lumped kinetic model for Maximizing Iso-Paraffins process and non-isothermal plug flow reactor model were adopt,with data from MIP units of the Refinery of JinLin Petrochemical Company and the Refinery of AnQing Petrochemical Company,calculated values of the model were compared with the corresponding industrial data.After verication,model predication were carried out to optimize the temperatures of the first reaction, the temperatures of the second reaction, catalyst/oil, the enlarging position of riser.The results showed that the model reflected the reaction mechanism of fluid catalytic cracking well and can provide reference for other Maximizing Iso-Paraffins process units.
