| With the increasingly stringent of environmental standards, the desulfurizationsystem constantly is optimized. To cancel the GGH and bypass flue, or the engineeringof the pressurized air blower and the induced draft fan of merger, the absorptiontower adopt the double entry flue, witch can reduce the area of the boiler rear and flueengineering consumption. While the flow field of double entry flue absorption tower islack of research, how to get the optimal flow field and a minimum resistance in the rightangle of the entrance is still lack of theoretical basis.This paper mainly uses fluent simulation method, we compared the flow andtemperature fields in the absorber in different forms of inlet flue connections andentrance angle. According to comprehensive consideration of various main indicators,we concluded that in the form of a single entry, the two conditions of "0-15" and"0-20" have the same uniformity, the pressure drop, and the evaporation, which arebetter working conditions. The working condition of "120-15" in120°double entryform is desirable; the working condition of "180-15" in180°double entry form isoptimum; if there is no special restrictions, the design should give priority to the singleentry "0-15" and "0-20" conditions. In consideration of layout and site, we use the"180-15" condition for the double entry.With the combination of simulation programs, we determined the best layoutprogram by compareing the programs of single and double entrance absorber layout ofGuoHua JINJIE third-phase. |
