| The power industry is the major source of coal emissions,it is also the key industry for emission reduction of pollutants such as S02 and NOx.The coal-fired power plant become the indispensable department to control the air pollution with desulfurization and denitrification,and the key equipment of that named smoke processing absorption tower.It will have a big significant to study on the structural characteristics of tower with desulfurization and denitrification to keep this product operated with steadily,reliably and efficiently.In this thesis,based on the finite element numerical calculation method,the tower of a power plant expansion and reconstruction project is taken as the prototype:The original design scheme is checked,and the force condition of the tower body and the sensitivity to various loads are obtained.The absorber is sensitive to the wind load,especially in the elbow joint and the inner triangle.The key points of design consideration are obtained.Optimization design was carried out based on the original scheme,the analysis results of the original plan to strengthen the hazardous area,to force a small domain of weight loss,and finally achieve is to strengthen the structure and reduce the important target.On the basis of the parametric analysis,the program is used to write the corresponding automatic optimization program,which provides a reference for the optimal design of this kind of structure.At present,there are no specific design standards and specifications in the absorption tower design industry.The results of this paper can be used as reference for the design of absorber. |
