With the number of CNG station increasing and the scope of business scopeexpanding, the safety has been taken more and more attention. CNG station is belong toan place which is easy to occur explosion and fire risk. once the accident was happened,it’s not easy to control, so safety assessment and safety management have importantpractical meaning.We fully learned the operation of Qingdao xin’ao gas CNG station, Identifiedhazardous factors, such as material dangerous hazardous, hail and surroundingenvironment, operation process, fire control facilities, equipment, electrical device,potential risk analysis, and major hazard identification.F&EI is also used to determine the Radius of Exposure (ROE), the Area ofExposure (AOE), the Replacement Value (RV) of equipment in AOE and the BaseMaximum Probable Property Damage (Base MPPD). It is at this point that the effect ofLCMs, known as Loss Control Credit Factor (LCCF), is incorporated to calculate theactual MPPD. The LCCF is not used to see its effect on F&EI, which would in turnreduce the hazard rating, AOE, replacement value of equipment within AOE, etc.Based on the analysis of the security statement of Qingdao xin’ao gas CNG station,CNG station safety assessment index system was established considering, from Safetymanagement, production equipment, environmental factors, the operating personnel. Inthis foundation, fuzzy synthesis evaluation model based on fuzzy mathematics and AHPmethod was created, in which index weight was obtained through FAHP and the safetygrade through fuzzy synthesis assessment.And the fuzzy synthesis programme wasmade.
