With the oil field mining deeply constantly and high acid value oil importing, China’s crude oil become heavy qualitative and inferior increasingly, its acid value improving continuously,which has serious corrosion impact on the processing equipment of the metal material, one of the most prominent problem is the naphthenic acid corrosion to metal. In responding to the naphthenic acid corrosion, charging high temperature corrosion inhibitor is a kind of efficient and feasible method. High temperature corrosion inhibitor has many varieties, phosphor series high temperature corrosion inhibitor express good effect, but they make subsequent processing catalyst poisoning and bring environmental pollution problems, therefore, development of the phosphate series corrosion inhibitors become the focus and key of research.The subject focuses on the study on preparation and inhibitor performance of corrosion inhibitor of sulphonated alkyl phenolic.Nonylphenols and sulfuric acid 98% were selected as raw materials, to product sulphonated nonylphenols.Through the single factor synthesis method, sulphonated nonylphenols influence factors of the law were variable explored, and he optimal synthetic process conditions were determined by the experiment orthogonal;and the structure of the material would be characterized by IR.The corrosion inhibition of the sulphonated alkylphenol was evaluated in the rotating weight loss method, and the digital camera、microscope and SEM were also be chosen to observe the surface as well as the section of the specimen before and after corrosion, and the elements of film formed on the metal surface was analysed, which were used to make research on the inhibition mechanism preliminaryly. And the synergy was discussed when the sulphonated alkylphenol were mixed with other inhibitors.It’s showed that the ratio of the raw materials, temperature and time all had effect on the performance of the sulphonated alkylphenol, and the order of the primary influence decreased.The best synthesis of the sulphonated alkylphenol was that the ratio of alkylphenol to sulfuric acid 98% was 1:1.25, the reaction temperature was 60℃, the reaction time was 2h. In these conditions, the yield of the sulphonated alkylphenol was 90.46%. What’ more, the dosage of the sulphonated alkylphenol corrosion inhibitor, the temperature of corrosive medium, the residence time of corrosive medium and the flow of the corrosive media had effect on the corrosion inhibition of the sulphonated alkylphenol corrosion inhibitor, When the ratio of corrosion inhibition fall in the high temperature and at high velocity palce, an additional amount of corrosion inhibitor were inputed to ensure good corrosion inhibition effect. Through the mirror images and element analysis, the corrosion mechanism of the sulphonated alkylphenol corrosion inhibitor as follows, sulphonated nonylphenol formed complete and encapsulated protective film on the metal surface in a small amount of sulfuric acid and the divinyl three amine synergy, multilayer adsorption membrane was formed on the surface of metal because of the physical adsorption and chemical adsorption. Finally, the sulfonated nonylphenols corrosion inhibitor and other corrosion inhibitors of the complex systems with show good coordination effect, help to improve corrosion properties, and the application of the market rate is higher than the corrosion of the corrosion rate of the product, blends with system show excellent corrosion inhibition.When the sulfonated nonylphenol corrosion inhibitor were mixed with phenyl thiophosphoric acid phenyl ester or organic polysulfides, synergy all could be reflected., and showed good coordination effect, it helped to improve corrosion properties, and their rate of corrosion inhibiton were higher than the applicated corrosion inhibition products, So complex systems dispalyed excellent corrosion inhibition performance.
