In the historical course of economic development, whether international trade or domestictrade is inseparable from the logistics industry of this one base support, its role can not be ignored.Terminal distribution can be said to be the" last one kilometer" logistics, closest to the consumer,but also the key link of produce cost. Therefore, management of distribution terminals can enhancethe enterprise operation efficiency and reduce operation cost. Our country from last centuries70time end begins to execute the policy of reform and opening up, the economy obtained flyingdevelopment. The logistics industry as the national economy to develop "accelerator", althoughmore and more attention by the government, has made great achievements, but also facing afterChina’s accession to the WTO on foreign opening in logistics field pressure. Can say, terminaldistribution is the newly emerging things, implies that the present theory is less. Therefore, theterminal distribution both opportunities and challenges, especially the direct selling enterprises, inthe terminal distribution field increase input in order to better market share.This study researches the direct selling business end distribution problems. Terminaldistribution is the final distribution sectors directly to consumers. It is has been difficult andimportant key in the modern logistics and distribution because of the complexity of transportgeography, the diversity of consumer demand, uncertainties and other factors. Direct sellingbusiness as a special form of commodity production and sales company, is the production ofconsumer goods-oriented. Its distribution characteristic is obvious, is summed up as follows:variety, delivery times, orders are not determined. Therefore, direct selling enterprises distributionproblems should be studied separately. Study of orientation should be on how to improve theefficiency of direct selling enterprises distribution terminal. As the direct selling enterprisescontinue to grow and develop, solve this problem demands more and more strong.This paper is mainly through the case study on the basis of analyzing, a comprehensiveintroduction to the Amway (China) commodity Limited terminal distribution solutions, areobtained by solving the direct selling industry distribution problems, combined with today’smodern logistics technology and direct selling enterprises present situation, summarizes some worthy of China’s direct selling enterprises solve distribution terminal the experience and practice,put forward the distribution strategy of direct selling enterprises.The paper has six chapters: Chapter one describes research background, research status,paper and paper may be the innovation framework introduced; Chapter two describes the terminaldistribution of the relevant theory; Chapter three introduces the direct analysis of business logisticsand distribution problems; Chapter four introduces a case study, the focus of Amway (China)terminal distribution program; Chapter five introduces the terminal direct distribution businessinspiration and strategies; Chapter six gives the conclusion, limitations and further researchdirections.Distribution is the direct marketing enterprise modern logistics in the difficult parts, researchhas focused on how to increase the coverage of shop outlets. Since China has a vast territory, tonationwide laying convenient straight camp shop supply network and is not easy to complete theproject, investment is very huge. While the Amway (China) commodity Limited company,through the establishment of more than260straight camp shop, take a dealer’s mode of operation,set up shop outlets under the premise of implementation of the agency system, the supply networkdistribution to each dealer community and even the family; in addition, through the business modelimprovement, personnel management aspects of the improvement, third party logistics enterprisemanagement has feasibility measures for direct marketing industry has shown a series of relative tothe optimal distribution strategy. This is China’s direct selling industry in the rapid development ofthe enterprise is very helpful.
