With the development of world economy,the demand for energy is more and more diversified.From the original single coal and oil to coal,oil,natural gas,nuclear power,wind power complementary competition transition.Because of its efficient,clean,high-quality features,the proportion of energy consumption structure of natural gas is gradually increasing.Someone predicts,the 21st century is the century of natural gas.There are a lot of problems,such as production,transportation,sales,in natural gas industry,for it is still in development period.This has affected the healthy development of gas industry.Therefore,we need to constantly analyze problem,research questions,solve problems,to ensure the development of gas industry.The cost-plus pricing method is currently used in natural gas terminal placement in our country.The market value and market supply and demand of natural gas can not be correctly reflected by the pricing method.So it is necessary to reform the pricing method.In this paper,the current gas selling pricing methods in our country has been analysed and studied;the factors that affect gas selling price has been analysed,the characteristics of gas consumer demands has been compared from one class to another;the gas selling pricing method outside has been compared and analysed.Based on these,the gas selling pricing model based on demand characteristics is established.Standing on the perspective of government,price incentive mechanism model of gas selling enterprise has been established to reduce enterprise operating costs,improve enterprise operating efficiency and let natural gas play the biggest role in china.One model is based on market perspective,the other is based on government perspective.They both has reference value to the enterprise and government.
