| Die forging press machine design and manufacturing has a long history. With thedevelopment of science and technology, the demand of forging machine is more andmore, and requirements are also high. Our country has no ability to produce fortythousand tons of forging forming machine. Meantime, this leads that at present manylarge forgings must are used by welding structure. It restricted seriously thedevelopment of economy. Due to the large die forging press machine is very complex,so building experimental platform for large die forging press machine is necessary.Based on the previous researches[1]of large die forging press mechanical andelectrical system, the paper further researches and develops test platform of controlsystem.The first part simply introduces currate research situation of large die forging pressmachine and contains and innovations of this research subject.The second part mainly researches die forging press electrical and mechanicalcharacteristics, and researches and develops hardware control systems of die forgingpress test platform. In this part, based on early research, It simply states workcharacteristics and requirements of large die forging press. Then, it designs electricalcontrol scheme of large die forging press. Further, it simply makes a lord circuit of largedie forging press machine and input/output point statistics and related selection ofcomponents. Finally, according to the reliability requirement of large die forgingmachine, it develops reliability design.The third part mainly researches and develops test platform of large forging presssynchronous control system. In this part, It compares advantages and disadvantages ofseveral synchronization control scheme and decides synchronization control scheme.Finally, It also expounds the how to realize the synchronization control scheme.The fourth part briefly researches software design. It briefly introduces the basicmethod of software design. For large die forging press machine test platform process, itpainted the program diagram.The fifth part mainly researches large die forging press test platform systemcontrol algorithm and simulation. In this part, It establishes the control model accordingto test platform control scheme. Then, It analysis advantage and disadvantages ofseveral control algorithm, finally uses one most suitable algorithm to simulate. This control scheme adopts PLC controller as main controller, and uses theindustrial PC for PC system, and uses absolute encoder measuring hydraulic cylinder ofdisplacement. And according to the requirement of process and the positions of maincylinders, the system uses the most optimal control method. According to thesynchronous movement system requirements, we uses the SIMOTION assynchronization control system. The building main control model of the test platform issimulated by MATLAB software.Large die forging compress system design and application needs many commonefforts.
