With the development of our county’s economy, the demand of the natural gas inindustry and human life is increased. To satisfy the raising demand of natural gas, largepipeline transport systems are constructed. In some circumstance, the naked pipelinesare easy to be damaged by erode or human, so that the gas may be leaked. The naturalgas is mainly consisted by CH4. If the concentration of the gas is below a safe level, theaffection is slight. Otherwise, the gas leakage will not only affect the environment, butalso affect the health of the human, and may be result in fire or explosion which bringsserious effect to our society and human life. As the high security requirement of theobject in this study, the overall analysis of the diffusion of the toxic gas by the computersimulation is very important. And the analysis conclusion can offer some basicinformation for the emergency management information system. The gauss model for the gas emission is employed, and the variation of the winddirection is considered.Secondly, a algorithm which is used for calculating the emission area is proposed. Some simulation of the gas emission faults are conducted in different situations, thedangerous area is calculated.Thirdly, optimal solutions for emergency strategy with multi-attribute decisionalgorithm are analyzed. By the principal component analysis and optimal sort graphapproach, the weight of the emergency strategies is obtained, and the strategies whichare dealing with several types of situation are sorted in optimize. At last, a data management system for emergency strategies is proposed based onthe analysis result of fault and decisions. Fault analysis, fault decision and fault directorare integrated in this system, to implement the function of optimal management, fastand accurate response. In the mean while it can enhance the ability of dealing withemergency fault, and reduce the damage of the emergency fault.
