| In order to ensure that the industry production and operation data is authenticity,timeliness, integrity and accuracy, State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau structures anmanagement system of tobacco industry—the NO.1Project of Tobacco Industry. Ineach business unit, the Project adopts two kind of way: the business data acquisition--industry and commerce data collection and order collection, and entity dataacquisition. In this industry background, all kinds of cigarette sorting system are widelyspread and application.Through analyzing the application status and development tendency of domesticand foreign sorting system, on the basis of introducing the various sorting method andsorting system, combined with the electronic label auxiliary sorting system in a tobaccodistribution center, we focus on the spray code in the process of sorting. Because thereare many problem like the code is tilt, incomplete, omissions and so on, we found outthe reason and Propose solutions that to use printing-position control mechanism ofcigarette sorting system.The principle of this mechanism is that through control the transverse position andthe vertical position of tobacco when they are transporting after falling down. Then thecoding machine’s lateral movement is controlled by using stepping motor-ball screwsystem. From that we can achieve the purpose of control the code position on thetobacco accurate. This success will increase security function and fill in the blank of thedomestic market.The research and application of this system is helpful for the implementation of theNO.1Project of Tobacco Industry. It’s useful to guarantee the healthy development ofthe tobacco industry and helpful for making macroeconomic-control policy.
