With the development of our national economy, chemical industry develops byleaps and bounds with the days. In recent years, the number of typical giant chemicalproduction system, built or under building, has become more and more. It is difficult tocontrol the process of typical giant chemical production system. If the hazard’s energyout of control, then it will damage the surrounding environment and population. So,Typical giant chemical production system has been under the public attention and thesystem’s hazards has been become the scholars’ study object. How to mining thesystem’s hazards and reasonably warning the hazards has become a difficult problem inthe academic circle. Based on this, this thesis launched the typical giant chemicalproduction system’s research:The first chapter, this thesis analysis the current situation of safety evaluation andhazards warning; Then, discuss the research purpose and research significance, andexpounds the main research contents; Finally, put forward the research methods andtechnical routing.The second chapter, research and analysis the hazards、 the hazards safetyevaluation、hazards warning and accident-causing related theory, all of which providetheoretical support for the safety evaluation and early warning research.The third chapter, based on the analysis of typical giant chemical productionsystem’s characteristics, this thesis combined with chemical production system’smechanism of accidents, and deeply analysis the hazard-formative factors of typicalgiant chemical production system. Then put forward the typical giant chemicalproduction system’s safety evaluation index system, Based on the index system, thisthesis set up Hopfield Neural Network safety evaluation model for typical giantchemical production system.The fourth chapter, Based on the theory of early warning research for chemicalproduction system’s hazards. This thesis analyzes the chemical production systemhazard warning theory; after introduction several hazards accident consequences model.Then, put forward the large chemical production system hazards warning program.The fifth chapter, This thesis applied the neural network model and warning research program in a typical giant chemical production system, The safety evaluationand warning research results validate the model’s effectiveness and reasonableness.
