Jurassic coal field in Northern Shaanxi province is a region which is being developed on a large scale. But the surface is Mu Us Sandy Land with fragile ecological environment, the Salawusu aquifer and Jurassic coal resources are widely distributed below it. All of them constitute the organic connection system of ecological enviroment, water resources and coal resources in the vertical space. At present the preliminary mining has led to serious damage for strata structures and regional ecological environment, especially for hydrogeological conditions. In view of the disaster phenomena of water-sand inrush and serious water shortage situation in Northern Shanxi, technical scheme research of coal mining under water-containing condition must be carried out systematically.Taking YuShuwan coal mine in Yushen mining area as the research object, starting from engineering geological and hydrogeological data, in order to realize water resources, ecological environment protection and coal resources development, using the key strata theory, material mechanics theory and deformation analysis method, this paper studies the law of overburden movement and damage caused by coal mining, predicts the height of water flowing fractured zone. Through comparative analysis of mining method, the paper obtains using the method of combining batch-slice mining and limit-height mining method can reach the purpose of coal mining under water-containing condition. Taking the first face in coal mine for geological prototype, establishing numerical model, with RFPA-Flow visually simulating the process of overburden caving and the development of water flowing fractured zone coal in the different mining height of coal No.2"2, the maximum height of water flowing fractured zone is about25times of the mining height is obtained. In view of the above, the division graph of diving leakage corresponding to different mining thickness of high slice is got, it provides the basis for selecting the reasonable mining height of slice mining in study area. Using FLAC3D to analyze the maximum height variation of water flowing fractured z(?) under different length of working face, the effects to water flowing fractured zone is abtained. Limit-height slice mining method should be suitable for the coal No.2-2of the frist face in order to realize coal mining under water-containing condition strategy, mining height is7meters and face length can be300meters.In this paper, numerical simulation method and selected parameters are verified by experimental results and theoretical analysis, therefore the conclusions has certain reliability and has certain guiding significance to coal mining under water-containing condition in the same geological conditions of other regions, it also provides theory and technical basis for water resource, ecological environment protection and coal mining in Northern Shaanxi with frague ecological environment.
