Research On Temperature And Pressure Monitoring Technology For The Maintenance System Of Coal Mine Equipment

Equipment is the foundation of modern enterprise, it’s important to weight the development level of social and material civilization, equipment also is significance for the country. For coal mine equipment, the maintenance is the guarantee of the safe running of the equipment.Aiming to the maintenance of coal mine equipment, this paper researched the issue of temperature detection of the key components and pressure detection of the hydraulic system. And a monitoring system of temperature and pressure was constructed. By this way, the data supporting for the maintenance was guaranteed.For the hardware, STM32single chip microcomputer with embed system was used. A monitoring system using DS18B20to detect temperature and pressure sensor as test pressure components was constructed, which realizes the detect digitization and ensures precision. As for the software, the issue of online real time monitoring was settled by the usage of JAVA language and MYSQL database management technique. And constant current circuit and temperature compensation were put forwarded according to the drift of pressure and temperature and zero drift.The result shows that the system with the functions of data acquisition, digital filters, temperature compensation processing, serial communication, etc are possessed of highly detect precision and the running stability, and can satisfy the testing requirement of coal mine equipment.
