The Study Of Wool Mercerization Technology And The Yellowing Of Dyeing

This thesis focuses on color-light yellowing appears of dyeing mercerized wool, it is begin that wool mercerized and mercerized wool dyeing process , it optimize the common mercerization: chlorinating agent + china textile protease;and I study and optimize the environmental green mercerized processes: hydrogen peroxide + china textile protease and new mercerization protease: hydrogen peroxide + china textile protease+ dehydrogenase.it will accurate amount of additives of three mercerization, so that the phenomenon of mercerized wool dyeing yellowing easy to control. this issue also studied the process of dyeing of mercerized wool plus antioxidants to reduce yellowing. the research conclusion have a practical significance to the production of business of wool mercerization,it will help the enterprises to reduce loss that because color-light is not correct of the mercerized product.This thesis is thought that wool mercerized is the basis of factors of mercerized wool dyeing process yellowing, the yellowing is different to different mercerization , the single factor of experiments and orthogonal test to optimize the mercerization process enzymatic chlorine protease and hydrogen peroxide method, the experimen study the effects of dehydrogenase that hydrogen peroxide + china textile protease+ dehydrogenase process ,it compared to the effects of three wool mercerized process. In mercerized wool dyeing experiments on the three mercerization mercerized mercerized wool of four staining methods, and it will high-temperature and low-temperature dyeing, it compared to dyeing protuctc yellowing degree ,it obtained that mercerized wool dyeing temperature affect yellowing of mercerized wool,and dyeing temperature is the more high that the yellowing is the more serious. three kinds of mercerized wool is boiling method by pulsing antioxidants and unantioxidant experiments, it compare the value of yellowing, it draw a conclusion that it can reduce the dyeing product yellowing that mercerized wool dyeing process obtained by adding antioxidants, mercerized wool low-temperature of dyeing experiments also confirmed this conclusion.by pulsing antioxidants late .To the mercerization process, when the chlorination of enzymatic chlorine is 4% to 5% and reducing agent is 9%, the mercerization process effect is the best, the more amount of chlorination the more yellowing of mercerized wool; hydrogen peroxide method due to protease less environmental pollution, so it is the value of the promotion. dehydrogenase on the mercerization residual hydrogen peroxide method can .restraint new eco [O], it can reduce mercerized wool yellowing phenomenon with humid heat of high temperature, but the effect is not obvious. to the mercerized wool f dyeing, because it remove the scale barrier on dyeing, high and low temperature dyeing experiments has proved that mercerized woolcan use low temperature dyeing and low temperature dyeing process plus 3% antioxidants that the yellowing almost disappeared.
