With the extensive use of the geographic information system. GIS Played anincreasingly important role in all kinds of fields. The problems faced by GIS arebecoming more and more prominent. Server-side support for the big data is insufficientand Client resources are not effectively used. In order to solve these problems, Theresearch institute of Spatial Information in ChengDu University of Technology Putforward a theory named G/S mode. After several years of research and developmentG/S mode has become a matured spatial data network access model. And has beenverified in different applications.With the Continued progress of the Chang’e plan. We received a number ofaccurate and effective data of the moon. How to scientific and effective use of thesedata has become a major problem for the present study. In Order to promote theeffective use of data of the moon, National863Program "Extraction of the lunarsurface morphology and structure information and the research of the virtual lunarenvironment " has been started. The research institute of Spatial Information inChengDu University of Technology has participated in this program and Applied forthe data of the Moon include the data of Chang’e I and Chang’e II. It laid a solidfoundation for further research.In order to promote the lunar scientific data and research result shared, Integratingall kinds of data into a unified digital lunar data sharing platform has become animportant research content. This topic make full use of the existing data and theservices provided by Research institutions, focus on the showing of research result dataand sharing of the moon data, designing a digital moon data sharing platform base onG/S mode. We design three main part of the system include G-side(Client)、S-side(service) and Data Register Center. They are all based on the G/S mode of the research institute of Spatial Information. The main functions of the S-side areDistributed data storage and release of Service. The main functions of the G-side areService access and data display and data analysis. The main functions of the DataRegister Center are storage and release of metadata. The system use HGML as anunified metadata exchange standard to archive the metadata interaction between G-sideand the Data Register Center.Based on innovative research work,The topic made a series of research, mainly inthree aspects:(1)Preliminary Design and Implementation of Digital lunar platformUnder the guidance of the G/S mode,Preliminary study on the framework of thedigital lunar platform, making full use of existing technology and data to realize aPrototype system.(2) Data Register Center and lunar research data integrationDesign a Data Register Center based on the G/S mode, Data Register Center can beused to Storage the metadata of the system, and realize the data aggregation. DataRegister Center is extensible, when the number of metadata is increased, the DataRegister Center can store more metadata information on demand. Data Register Centersave three types of metadata now, include metadata for data description, metadata forthe service description and metadata for the status.(3)The research of Data security mechanism in G/S modeData security in G/S mode is very critical, most of the GIS data is very valuable,the user is only allowed to use and observational data on the GIS platform. reducingdata from the cache is not allowed, this requires the client side encryption measures. Inthis paper, some theoretical discussion and research on the encryption mechanism inG/S mode has been Putted forward. While the software is not public, but only forspecific researchers, so software license authentication mechanism is also very critical.This study is innovative in many aspects, the following two innovative:(1)Proposed a method of Digital Lunar platform based on the data RegistrationCenter,access the data of Chang’e II.In this paper, Proposed a method to realize a digital lunar platform based on thedata registration center.It can access the data of Chang’e II I, this method can realize thebasic the mass Chang’e data publishing and sharing(2)Put forward a method to solve the problem of soft-authorized in G/S modelGIS data which are confidential sensitive information, do the software license isnecessary, this paper presents a solution of software license under G/S model, can promote the G/S mode further promotion.
