| The effects of nuclear electromagnetic pulse (NEMP) on L-02cell proliferation and apoptosis, IAR20cell proliferation and apoptosis, cell apoptosis of rat liver tissue were investigated in this study.CCK-8assay was applied to detect cells proliferation; Annexin-V-PI assay and TUNEL assay were used for the cell apoptosis detection. With the enhancement of the radiation dose, the percentage of the cell proliferation changed and cell apoptosis rate of rat liver tissue increased simultaneously, but there was no sign to show that NEMP radiation accelerated the apoptosis of L-02cell and IAR20cell. However there were different susceptibility about the NEMP radiation between L-02cell and IAR20cell according to this study. The relationships among NEMP parameters (intensity of field, pulses number), cell proliferation, and cell apoptosis were analyzed by calculating and fitting the relative data with the theoretical formula. By calculating and curve fitting, the dose-effect relationship between the NEMP parameters and biological effect was obtained. The relationship was almost the same with the dose-effect of high power pulse microwave (HPPM)(time of radiation is short). What’s more, the dose-effect of NEMP on cells and the dose-effect of NEMP on rat’s tissue shared the same characteristics. Therefore, the scientific basis is provided to quantitatively assess NEMP biological effects. |
