Radiotherapy is a vital branch of applyment in nuclear physics,more and more patients need to receive radiotherapy in different stage,so whether the dose is accurate or not is the most important factor in therapy execution.Monte Carlo is called “the gold criterion” in dose calculation because of its accuracy.Along with rapid development of computer,efficiency of dose calculation using MC can boost greatly.Because our body is inhomogeneous,density of different tissues may have big differences,particularly in chest,consisting of different density tissuess such as cavity,water,fat,muscle and bone which asserts a claim to TPS,in other words,asserts a claim to algorithm.At present,there are AAA,CCC and AXB of popular TPS algorithm.This erperiment aims at preparing different dose calculation in inhomogenous body tissues using different algorithm,following is the experimental process :(1)using EGSnrc that is developed by MC simulating different component module of Varian True Beam,including its material and geometric dimension.(2)comparing simulating performance parameter of accelerator module(mainly OAR and PDD)and actual performance parameter scanning by 3D tank and then doing fine adjustment to module in order to in accordance with actual accelerator.(3)carring out dose calculation on indentical patient using AAA,CCC and MC and comparing results of the different algorithms.(4)comparing the difference of different algorithms and analysing the reason then make some explanations in order to make some references for other researchers.
