This research chooses Chongqing town Yunyang County of Sheng Yuancun landslide as anexample. The first collection of previous studies, followed by the field survey to understand thebasic geology, survey, mechanical test. Finally to landslide stability as the core, using theprototype investigation and indoor analysis, combining the macro analysis and micro analysis,combining the analysis of engineering geology and rock mechanics, combined with field andlaboratory test combination, mechanism analysis and simulation study of combination, hierarchyanalysis and evaluation system, combining the geometry analysis and mechanics analysis ofcombined the train of thought of the landslide, formation mechanism and stability of the systemanalysis and research.The Wa Guang Yao landslide main sliding direction for310°(The Changjiang River andYangJaGou junction point), long approximately480m, width of about100m, area of4.8x104m2, the volume of about29x104m3.
