Abstract/Summary:
The transmission of100keV proton through PC nanocapillaries with100nm in diameter,30μm in length is studied respectively in this work. The establishment of caculation models are the capillary structure,the interaction between proton and capillary,caculation of proton distribution, distribution of charges,inoization cross section and capture cross section.Angular distribution and charge state distribution of transmitted particles are recorded when capillaries are tilted with respect to incident ion beam. According to the angular distribution of transmitted ions, the charge states distribution, projectiles are guiding through insulating nanocapillaries. In the case without inoization the guiding effect is less than which consider the inoization.
