With the development and urbanization process accelerated of Bayan County, thedemand on water resources put forward higher requirements, the original water source ofwater supply capacity can not meet the needs of the County’s economic and socialdevelopment. Strengthening management and protection of groundwater resources in thecity, and earnestly strengthen and improve urban water supply, water conservation andwaste water control, rational development and utilization of underground work. Thecurrent pressing issue of Bayan County is the water resource to better serve nationaleconomic and social development of the city, to promote socio-economic development.Reserve water source of the city, construction and its rational development andeffective management is to promote the healthy development of the city, driving regionaleconomic sustainable development, the promotion of social stability and political stabilityand guarantee the basic conditions of life.Our predecessors on the basis of scientific research, production, adhere to thehydro-geological investigation and research in the field, development and utilization ofregional groundwater and sustainable socio-economic development. Supplementaryhydrogeological mapping and survey was completed, hydro-geological, geophysical,hydro-geological, hydrogeological drilling and pumping test observation and analysis ofwater quality. Using the linear graphic method, the recovery method, the wholecurve-fitting method for integrated hydrogeological parameters for accuratedetermination of the groundwater, thus ensuring the quality of groundwater and waterquality analysis, evaluation and accuracy of calculations.Bayan third water source is located in river terraces and diffuse Beach, havefavorable hydrological geological conditions and groundwater quality. Loose sand, graveland rock make up the aquifer, groundwater supply is plentiful. Preliminary analysisshows that there is a balance between groundwater recharge and discharge in wateranalysis area (270km2). After deducting the production and future increases in thevicinity, the third water source30000m~3/d water withdrawal and they have a reliableguarantee, construction of water requirement is met, using the method of Q~S groupmethod, linear regression, interfere with underground mining drawdown of water levelforecast.Recommends carried out hydrological geological details check work as soon aspossible, especially gets actual of hydrological geological parameter through hydrologicalgeological test, such as pumping test, diffusion test. Established groundwater long-termobservation well to get the groundwater level, water quantity, water temperature andwater quality data. Combine with survey results, build water groundwater numericalsimulation model to forecast groundwater level and water quality change under differentexploitation conditions.Through the identification groundwater headwater region and the hydrogeologicalconditions in Bayan County, conduct evaluation of groundwater resources. Proposedgroundwater exploitation proposal to determine the location of drinking headwater region,types of water sources and rational use. Provide the scientific basis for the construction,use, management of headwater region.
