The complex network theory is a hot spot in recent years, domestic and foreign scholars studyrelates to people’s lives on all sides, and also bring a complex study of new methods and perspective.However, the complex network theory applied to the rumor is merely in theoretical explorationstage, still a lack of mature research. The papers is written on the basis of previous studies,and therumor spread around the scale-free network research,its results can be summarized as follows.By analyzing the characteristics and the way of the real-world network’s spreading of rumors,we present a new rumor spreading model-HKASI model, create kinetic equations based on HKASImodel. The evolution of the spread of rumors in the scale-free network simulation, analysis modelcharacteristics determined on scale-free network, then find the rumor spreading threshold for eachstate, draw a conclusion that rumor spreads high-speed in scale-free network, we konw the best wayto suppress rumors is to suppress it in its short-term burst to the highest point; Through thesimulation of the various changes in its initial probability to study all aspects of the spreading ofrumors, we find that if we want to suppress rumors, the most important thing is that we must payattention to civic verify awareness, strengthen public education and enhance citizens’ ability to thinkand make judgments on network information, so that citizens do not easily believe rumors;Followed by we can use the implementation of real-name system and other regulatory approaches tosuppress the spread of rumors;Finally we could refute rumors by law and strongly punish thoseperson or media websites who maliciously spread rumors. We research network itself by studyingthe characteristics of the average degree and clustering coefficient, find that if we want to suppressrumors,we should reduce the degree and clustering coefficient of the network, and decrease theactivity of the users in the network.Some obvious limitations exist in the scale-free network, such as the clustering coefficient isrelatively small in scale-free network; no similar clustering properties as real network; networks ofpower-law index constant3, does not meet the power-law index of the actual network distributionand so on. We put forward an improved scale-free network model,by using the mean field theory wecan prove the degree distribution of the model meetting the power-law distribution, and exponentcan vary between2to3by adjusting the parameters and able to meet the actual networkcharacteristics; Then use the HKASI model to run in the improved scale-free network andre-evolution the spread of rumors.Using Microsoft Visual Studio2010to design a network simulation platform, on the platform,we can run the network generation, network parameters, network graphics painting, etc.We use thesimulation model in this paper to show the function of the platform.
