With the deep research of the complex network system in recent years, people have realized that the focal point of the research can't be only limited to the description of system model with mathematical method. It has gradually become the focus with which the researcher concerned that the change of system structure causes the change of the laws of total appearance. The development of complex networks theory has brought economists with unlimited opportunities and challenges. It has also provided theoretical principle in describing the mechanism and function of complex organization structure in real economic system. In the mean time, it is improving the establishment of the macroeconomic system model with support of multi agent technology.In this paper, the author summarizes the latest development of complex networks theory, and analyzes the simulation and application defect of artificial cognition macroeconomic simulation model in actual conditions. Through the introduction of the small world and scale free in complex networks theory, this paper has established the market economic model which is a combination of scale free model and artificial cognition algorithm, and emphasizes the analysis of the effect of market growth scale, development speed and stability which is influenced by different network configuration. The results indicate that the method of describing macroeconomic system with conventional is limited, and the network topology is one of the most important characters of economic complex system and is an element in researching the modeling of economic system.This paper analyzes the key factor in establishing macroeconomic model, namely network topology and artificial cognition character on the basis of Terna's Hayek market model. Through the analysis of organization structure character of macroeconomic system, scale free network character in complex network theory and artificial cognition BP-CT crossing target algorithm are combined to construct small scale market economic model centering on scale free network configuration and realize on SWARM simulation platform. It analyzes the results in comparison with economic model in random network configuration, and considering the effects of the change of economic network configuration on the development of macroeconomic in the real world, further studies the total appearance and internal mechanism of the change of economic network configuration.
