TEM Well-logging Communication And Development In Ground System

Comparing with the increasing consumption of petroleum products in domestic market,the petroleum industry faces the growing preasure. Our nation’s ability of consumption on oilis much bigger than the petroleum industry’s output per year, how to enhance the efficiency ofoil’s output is the extremely urgent problem. But if the industry want to expand the petroleumoutput, it must get the important advancement in well-logging area, if we want to boost ourpetroleum industry, the only method is measure the well accurately and swiftly. Today,revolution of well-logging tech become heat and competitive, the TEM method to be a new﹑quick and accurate way is widely used in oil explore and casing detect area.This paper introduce the TEM theory briefly, then create a whole scheme of well-loggingcommunication and ground system used in the real engineering, I mainly worked oninvestigate well-logging communication and ground system. In well-logging communicationpart, this paper offers two methods, one method is using the serial Manchester Code when datais not large, this way is simple and efficiency; when you need use the imaging well-loggingand3D well-logging, another method is OFDM can be choosed, all the methods can supplythe data base to be used in ground analyzing and mathematical modeling. In ground system, Iconsidering those conditions and design the system including five parts: power supply module,data send/receive module, ground data processing module, depth measuring module and hostcomputer software. The system working flow as such follows: the depth measuring modulestart working,and at the same time the data of the explore message from underground, the datasend/receive module get the data and send it to data processing module that includingsinglechip PIC16F877A to decode the data, then pack the data and the depth message and sendthem to host computer for last data processing.This paper had proved the system by do some experiments and got the goal we want, thepaper offer a method of efficiency communication and ground system to solve thewell-logging in complex environment.
