With the continuous development of logging technology,the three-dimensional acoustic logging tool can provide more abundant all-around logging data in underground.In the three-dimensional coustic logging,the host computer can control the mode and process of acquisition of underground equipment by transmitting the command to underground equipment,and underground equipment will upload the collected data to the host computer after receiving data upload command.Therefore,in order to realize the communication between the host computer and the underground instrument,to achieve the debugging and verification purposes of the underground instrument circuit,we need to design a ground test device,as a communication bridge between the host computer and the underground instruments.The ground test device is the transfer station for communication between the host computer and underground equipment and its main function is to receive the host computer command and issue it to the underground instrument and receive underground data and upload it to the host computer.In this process,the data exchange between ground test device and the host computer is based on network communication while it between ground test device and underground equipment is rely on EDIB bus or high-speed bus.According to the function of ground test device and the data transmission mode of three-dimensional sound wave data,the ground test device is mainly constituted by the ARM microprocessor and the FPGA components,coupled with the embedded software system.To begin with,the overall-scheme design and working flow of the ground test device are described.Then,we show the overall hardware circuit of the ground test device in detail and focus on the introduction of two data transmission bus between ground test device and underground equipment.Due to the large amount of logging data and the slow transmission rate of the traditional EDIB bus,a high-speed transmission bus,which mainly includes CAN bus,SCI interface,RS485 bus,Mcbsp interface and SPI interface,is designed to replace the traditional EDIB bus to meet the requirement of the transmission rate.Besides,the software design of the ground test device is mentioned in this paper,including the build of embedded software system,the configuration of drive and the design of application software.Finally,this paper presents the board debugging of the ground test device,the debugging of the EDIB bus communication and the high-speed transmission bus communication,and also complete the debugging and verification of the system by combining the ground test device with the host computer and underground equipment.
