The Research On The Pollination Biology Of Two Plants And Deformity Of Reproduction System In The Jinchuan Peatland

The coevolution between pollinating agent and plant is the prototype of themutual symbiosis. The paper introduces the Lonicera edulis and Lilium megalanthum.The former is suffurticosa plant，while the latter is herbaceous plant. The researchabout the plants above is conducted in terms of flowering phenology， characteristicof the flower，the style of the androecium，pollen dynamics，androecium teachability，secreting nectar， the action of visiting flower and breeding system on the Jinchuanswamp with the method of field investigation and indoor experiment from2010to2011. The research is mainly about the pollination of biology and makes initialanalysis about the deformity of the two plants.(1) The Lonicera edulis is flowering in20th，may every year and finishes fromthe end of May to the beginning of the June. The fruit is blooming in the mid july. Thefruit is mature in September every year. Most of the plant has only flower. But singleplant with many flowers exits. The feature of huge petal and vivid color may attractbee and butterfly by means of measure and analysis. There are two deformedphenomenon， no stigma and the variation of the flower.(2) the stigma of Lonicera edulis have different teachability from the bud to thewither， ensuring that maturity of Lonicera edulis is not at the same time betweenmale and female. The anther spreads the pollen without regular time and the99%vitality of the pollen. The supreme vitality of the Lilium megalanthum is20minutesafter the flowering with the proportion of33.6%， but the statistics shows that there isnotable differences between the vitality of the pollen(p=0.63>0.05).The pollen ofLilium megalanthum without stigma is at the maxim is20minutes to40minuteswithout the proportion of39.9%. The vitality of the Lilium megalanthum is relativelylow.(3) The efficacious pollinating agent of Lonicera edulis are three hymenoptera.The Italy bee is one of the most important pollinating agent except bees. The researchalso observes few flies and ants to visit the flower. The visitors appears mostly in theafternoon with lowest humidity. The visits of the Lilium megalanthum includes bees，flies，butterfly and spiders. The bee is the most significant agents with the high timefrom10am to12am after the flowering of two hours.(4) According to the bagging of the Lonicera edulis experiment，the conclusionhas been drawn that the pollenating of the Lonicera edulis is noncompatibility andcross pollination is the main way. The bagging experiment of Lilium megalanthumshows the noncompatibility and cross pollination is the main way except the sexualmultiplication.
