The Study About The Reliable Indexes Of Some Repairable Systems Attended By A Repairman With Multiple Vacations

The reliability of the product is an important aspect that can not be ignored in thenational economic safety production.The following three kinds of repairable systemmodel with a repairman who can take multiple vacations have been analyzed on thebasis of the existing research results of the reliability and some important reliableindexes have been obtained by using Markovian process theory, the Laplace transformand the method of supplementary.This article is mainly mathematical theory of reliability research,The maincontents include:1. Warm standby redundant repairable system consists of two same components, acompletely reliable switch and a repairman. It is assumed the time what therepairman spend on the fault component and on the vacation comply with generalcontinuous distributions. Establish this model and analysis it by the supplementaryvariables approach and generalized Markov process method.Then, using Laplacetransform many indexes-such as reliability,MTTFF and so on-can be calculated. Inaddition, the images show us the parameters’ effect on reliability indexes andincome’s function.2. A warm standby redundant repairable system with two different units, arepairman and a completely reliable transfer switch. In the system, we assume thatunit1has priority in use and its work time and repair time follow a geometric processafter repair.By using the supplementary variables approach, Laplace transform methodand the generalized Markov process method, some important reliability indexes arederived.3. The steady reliability indexes of K/N(G) system with a repairman werestudied.Based on the samples’ type II-censoring life test with replacement, theproblem of estimating the reliability performances for Non-repairable K/N(G) systemwere studied by using Bayes and moment estimation.
