The landslide is a phenomenon that the rock and soil mass on the slopes slip down along the certain sliding surface as a whole under the action of gravity, the surface water and the groundwater.China is one of the countries who suffers from the landslide disasters most in the world.The landslide disasters which is high-frequent, regional and seasonal in our country have been causing tremendous economic losses annually and a certain degree of people got injured or even died in those disasters so how to use modern technological methods to prevent and manage the landslide disasters, especially how to put out the early warning and forecast and realize the emergency management is a common difficulty that numerous scientific researchers have to overcome.The thesis is made up of three parts.The first part of the thesis researches distributed acquirement, sharing, inquiry and spatial analysis of the geographic spatial information based on the service mode, summarizes spatial datum service, the specific contents of the GIS functional service based on the service mode and builds the architecture of the GIS service mode. The second part of the thesis analyzes influencing factors and forecast methods of the landslide disasters, builds early warning and forecast model of precipitation-induced landslide by calculating effective precipitations according to the precipitation-induced landslide disasters in Zhejiang Province. At the same time, the thesis establishes hierarchy system of the early warning and forecast of the landslide disasters based on the effective precipitations and daily rainfall.The third part of the thesis explores spatial decision-making key technologies of the landslide disasters management, distributed deploys resources from multi-departments about landslide disasters management and releases it by Web service mode. By building standard service requests and corresponding mechanism, the thesis aims at realizing the sharing and unified management of distributed resources, supplies effective support for collaborative work of multi-department and maximum using of resources in the process of landslide disasters management so as to solve the problem of reuse and resources isolation between different departments.Based on the above-mentioned technologies researches, taking the precipitation-induced landslide in Zhejiang Province as an example, the last part of the thesis designs and develops spatial assistant decision support system of landslide hazard based on service mode. which is to the public and realizes the following functions:firstly, information sharing and integration mechanism in the multi-departments about landslide disasters management; secondly, basic business management and early warning and forecast of landslide disasters and spatial analyzing technology in2D and3D Integration which can support multi-departments collaborative management mode of landslide disasters information and spatial assistant decision support and solutions for the early warning and forecast and emergency command of the landslide disasters.
