Research And Application On The Approach Of Rainfall-induced Landslides Meteorological Forecast And Warning Based On Landslide Hazard Zoning

The frequent slope geological disasters in mountain environment bring a lot of disaster and loss to human society.Which represented by landslide, most of them is induced by rainfall in the relatively unchanged topography and geology conditions,this is so-called rainfall-induced landslide.It is essential to carry out the research into the forecast and early warning of rainfall-induced landslide and establish a scientific,complete and practical forecasting and early warning approach,based on landslide hazard zoning in the relatively stable topography and geology conditions.The drainage pipelines A mains of chongqing city is chosen as study area.based on the analysis of rich actual data,the paper makes the in-depth research into various factors affecting the occurrence of landslide,conducts an overall analysis on the relationship between the time-space distribution of landslide and rainfall,and explores the method to regional landslide hazard zoning.It also preliminarily establishes the rainfall-induced landslide forecast and early warning system.The key researches and conclusions are as follows:â‘ Key factors affecting the landslide in the research area are determined by the analysis of the impact of primary factor on landslide,And established regional landslide hazard assessment model with the layer superposition calculate method based on GIS grille.According to Superimposed calculated cell's hazard value,the landslide hazard in study area is divided into 3 grades,namely high,medium and low hazard zone.â‘¡Based on the comprehensive and in-depth research into the relationship between landslide and rainfall,established the effective rainfall model.And use it to determined the landslide meteorological forecasting and warning criteria(namely effective rainfall critical value) in various hazard levels.â‘¢Rainfall-induced landslide meteorological forecast and early warning model is established based on the research on the landslide hazard zoning.Which is a model of space-time coupling.Possibility of landslide occurrence in the research area will be judged according to comparison of the effective rainfall and the critical indices,and show the forecast and warning level.This paper studies as part of the project results,which is significant water project of"11th five-year plan"-research and demonstration for Mountain urban drainage pipe structural safety monitoring system . It can be for mountain town of similar rainfall-induced landslide forecast warning research for reference.
