The ionosphere weather control is always an important direction in the field of ionosphere research because of the ionosphere activities and the solar activity, geomagnetic activities and lower atmosphere meteorological activities, We gets geomagnetic data index from NOAA, use the TEC data from the earth system science data sharing network which provides25observatory in Chinese region.During the cold wave, the ionosphere total electron content changes greatly, and appears obviously related with the ground temperature, ground pressure. In this paper, we do a deep and system research in the relationship between the ground temperature and ground pressure with TEC,using difference method and partial correlation analysis method.Analysis results as:(1) The TEC is more sensitive to cold wave, appeared the whole wave, present high-low-high situation;(2) Polynomial fitting results show that TEC becomes an increases process before and after the cold wave and in and after standard day TEC appears minimum;(3) The TEC disturbance account for the interaction between the gravity waves and the background mutually. The gravity waves accelerates to the ionosphere height,then leads to change TEC;(4) During the cold wave, there is a good correlation between the ground temperature and the TEC,but the correlation between the ground pressure and TEC is complicated;(5) The relationship between the ground temperature and TEC presents a similar form of the fluctuation of the sine curve, the ground pressure and the TEC also presents a similar form of the fluctuation of the sine curve, but the bestfit needs to be improved;(6) The ground temperature, the ground pressure and the TEC are related obviously, though after the cold wave the relation significantly reduced.In this paper the results can help to obtain the coupling contact between the further understanding of the ionosphere and lower atmosphere, and provide an important reference for forecasting the ionosphere accurately in space weather.
