With the diversification of detection means, multichannel-stealth compatibility has become more and more important in the military field. In this paper, several multilayer films which can realize the multichannel-stealth compatibility were designed and fabricated.ZnS and Ag were selected to design the multilayer films. The concept of induced transmission were applied to design the multilayer films which can meet the multichannel-stealth compatibility requirements of visible light and heat infrared. And the multilayer films which can realize the multichannel-stealth compatibility of1.06μm laser and heat infrared were designed at the base of the absorption enhancement effect of the asymmetric F-P cavity.ZnS films and ultra-thin Ag films were deposited by magnetron sputtering, and the optical constants of the films were measured. Surface morphology, optical properties and crystal structure of ultra-thin Ag films under different conditions were studied, and optimized parameters of depositing condition were analyzed.Depositing characteristics of magnetron sputtering were analyzed. The multilayer films which can meet the multichannel-stealth compatibility requirements of visible light and heat infrared were fabricated and it is found that the thickness change of Ag layer or ZnS layers can both influence the spectrum properties of the multilayer films. The method of fabricating the multilayer films which can realize the multichannel-stealth compatibility of1.06μm laser and heat infrared were developed, and the fabricated multilayer films show good performance. In order to promote the application of the multilayer films which can realize the multichannel-stealth compatibility, the multilayer films were deposited on the flexible substrates, and the results show that the multilayer films fabricated on the flexible substrates can meet the multichannel-stealth compatibility requirement very well.
