Magnetic resonance system formed in accordance with the magnetic field is divided into three kinds, regular lead the way, superconducting and permanent magnet. Magnetic resonance system using in various fields, especially in the field of medicine is widely used. Magnetic resonance imaging is not only harmless to the human body, but also in the soft tissue side effects and excellent imaging. As technology continues to mature and improve, superconducting magnetic resonance system has gradually become the mainstream of the market.In this paper, we study the the structure of G-M refrigeration cooled MgB2superconducting magnet system. One-sixth of the subject item863of the superconducting magnet structure size. MgB2superconducting magnet production system stability and field strength are better than the permanent magnet system, operating costs is lower than the conventional low-temperature superconducting systems. MgB2superconducting magnet system can operate at high temperature. The Cost-effective of MgB2is higher than other superconducting materials. The study of MgB2superconducting magnet system is to reduce complexity, improve low-temperature superconducting magnet system, a certain degree of practical significance.Specific studies are as follows:1. Vacuum sealing system for experimental research. Through a variety of methods of testing, the seal design to be the viable structure.2. Cooling system design. In order to enhance the efficiency of the refrigerator, according to the space of dewar, production of liquid nitrogen cooling system. Completed pre-cooling system design and installation, and its performance has been tested and improved.3. To support the structural design. Several materials for analysis and practical testing, selection of epoxy resin rods, nylon line and the spring suspension combined compensator support structure.4. Combined with the structural design of computing systems of various sources of heat leak.
