This paper has systematically study the sea water specific gravity, temperature andlight conditions, influences conchospore of Pyropia. yezoensis attachment, germination and growth. In the process of training is observed in the course ofconchospore growth. This can provide theoretical guidance for the production practice,so that farmers can according to the current climate of choosing the most appropriateseedling period and high efficiency in a large spores seedlings. In this paper, thestandards evaluates attachment, germination, growth of conchospore also can be usedfor new versions of the germplasm laver detection. This paper also studies theinfluence of different attachment materials for conchospore, discusses the bestattached matrix of P. yezoensis conchospore, so as to the production practice andscientific research of choose alternative attachment materials and save costs toprovide theory support.1.The experiment of conchospore attachment: The research found that afterinoculation24h and48h observation, adhesion between two times has not muchchange (P>0.05), visible conchospore attached is a quick process, and probably hadalready completed within24h. Sea water specific gravity1.022、temperature20℃、illumination intensity27μmol/m~2·s is the optimum of attached conditions of P.yezoensis conchospore.2. The experiment of attached to different materials: The study found that plastic petridishes adhesion (polystyrene) slightly higher than the glass petri dishes. The rate ofclamps attaching in vinylon nettle is three times more than polyethylene nettle, thus itcan be seen during seedling stage, conchospore is mostly attached in vinylon nettle. And the adhesion of nylon bolting silk is between vinylon nettle and polyethylenenettle.3.Conchospore germination, growth experiment:(1) sea water specific gravity1.022-1.030、temperature20℃、illumination intensity27-67.5μmol/m~2·s is suitablegermination conditions of conchospore;(2) sea water specific gravity1.022、temperature12-20℃、illumination intensity47.25μmol/m~2·s is suitable appropriateconditions of plant. Also we found the deadly proportion of conchospores is1.007, in the proportion conchospore will bibulous burst in short time. And plant has higheradaptability in1.030than1.015. In dark conditions, conchospore still can use theillumination when observed every day and survival14days. At6.75μmol/m~2·s lightconditions, conchospore seedlings still can grow slowly. When illumination intensityin27-67.5μmol/m~2·s range, plant are in good state of growth. This shows that lightintensity27μmol/m~2·s have can meet the normal growth needs of conchosporeseedlings. Illumination intensity at47.25μmol/m~2·s the conchospore seedlings growsfastest, seedling damaged also at least, have already reached the optimal condition. The light intensity increases to67.5μmol/m~2·s, conchospore seedlings will be havehurt, seedling damage of31.9%.
