In recent years, with the deepening of geological exploration work, the Gangdesemineral exploration work has made important progress, studies have shown that theGangdise metallogenic belt has great resource potential, is expected to become a worldscale, rich in iron, polymetallic ore belt. Large number of copper deposit have beenfound in Gangdese metallogenic belt, the main genetic types are porphyry, skarntype.Nimu-Yeba-Sangri sub metallogenic is one of the Gangdese metallogenic belt,Skarn-type copper deposits in Nimu-Yeba-Sangri sub metallogenic have the characterthat shallow buried, large-scale, high grade and less impurities, the ore with highquality contain comprehensive utilization multi-elements, easy exploitation.This paper focus on typical deposit research, extracting regional metallogenicfactors and prognosis factors, summarizes the regional metallogenic regularity, thenestablishing regional metallogenic model and regional prediction model, using thecomprehensive information of geological unit method to delineating mineralization(minimum prediction area), fainly predict and evaluate regional mineral resourcepotential.The Kelu copper deposit is located in Zhanang County of the Tibet AutonomousRegion, It belongs to Ladakh-Gangdese arc basin system, Ladakh-Gangdese-Xiachayu magmatic arc in tectonic, the type of deposit is skarn type. The ore bodiesare located in the contact belt between the Late Cretaceous quartz diorite (δηοK2) andLower Cretaceous Bima group (K1b). Copper mineralization can be see in the contactzone near the outer skarn body, The deposit age is40.3±5.6Ma (Guangming Li, etc.,2006); orebodies are vein-shaped, lenticular-shaped, trending east-west, eastern parts deviate to south, the tendency of western parts is north, the main minerals arechalcopyrite, bornite such as chalcocite, malachite copper and blue. formed bysupergene weathering, primary metal ore oxidation.Physicochemical-remote anomalies of mineralization indicate different aspect,.Geophysical anomaly in the study area, the voyage anomalies correspond with acidicrocks and tectonic, area full of mineral is located in the high aeromagnetic gradientanomaly and gravity gradient anomaly zone, reflect that the mineralization fracturestructure and intermediate-acid rocks; geochemistry, geochemical anomalies is large inscale, high intensity, concentration zoning obvious, many elements cover, mainore-forming elements in high background geochemical block, reflects the region has anexcellent search for large deposits in the future; remote sensing, hydroxyl abnormalitiesand iron staining of abnormal distribution range is small, only a scattered state, and theore body is sheathed with poor (change).The article used geological element method, extract the elements of circle areawith MRAS2.0software to pay, and computing, then supplement by manual correction,In this paper nine minimum prediction area was selected. We adopt geological volumemethod, in the geological volume method to predict the secondary system. calculatedthe forecast resources of the prediction,and achieve2.6261million tons.,identification of resources, the identified resource up to144,000tons, and predictableresource amounted to2.4821million tons.
