Stimulated Raman scattering has important applications in nonlinear optics, plasma, Raman lasers,Raman amplifiers.etc.In this paper,we research on the mixed solution of methanol and rhodamine B.ethanol and rhodamine B which in the Raman sample cell respectively.By varying the concentration of the mixed solution to measure the stimulated Raman scattering spectroscopy.we have been got the rusalt that at different concentration of the mixed solution, the solute or the solvent can be stimulated selectively. We can see from the SRS experimental results, when the mixed solution concentration of rhodamine B and methanol, rhodamine B and ethanol at10-5mol/L, solute Rhodamine B and solvent methanol and ethanol are all stimulated; When the concentration greater than it. the solute of Rhodamine B stimulated only without solvent of methanol and ethanol stimulated; When the concentration less than it. the solvent of methanol and ethanol stimulated only without the solute of Rhodamine B stimulated.Comparing with the mixed solution of methanol and rhodamine B and the mixed solution of ethanol and rhodamine B,we found a phenomenon that the peak wavelength of Rhodamine B stimulated resonance Raman scattering has red shift with the mixed solution concentration changed. This phenomenon can be attributed to solvent effects. At the same concentration condition.only changing the input laser energy,we can see from the Raman spectrum, the amplified spontaneous emission of RhB become bigger with the increasing in put laser energy.we can explain the result that amplified spontaneous emission can enhance the stimulated Raman scattering.
