With the development of Raman spectroscopy technology, more and more people worked on the Raman spectroscopy study of organic materials. Not only on Military-industrial complex, but also on civil industry, the applied range of Raman spectroscopy technology is very wide. Although there are many researches of Raman spectroscopy technology, the research of temperature dependency of Raman spectroscopy is not enough, it also has many works to do.The theoretical analysis of the temperature dependency of spontaneous Raman scattering intensity, of stimulated Raman scattering intensity, of coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering is given in this paper, and we work out new methods of temperature dependency of stimulated Raman scattering intensity, of coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering; and we work out the variation tendency of temperature with stimulated Raman scattering experiment and with coherent anti-stokes Raman scattering experiment. Accordingly, the energy transfer processes between different molecules are observed. It has a certain significance for the further study of this field.
