In recent years, the technology of deep seabed boundary layer in-situ monitoringis high attentioned by our country and developping quickly. Deep seabed layerboundary layer is an area where chemical, physical and biological’s interaction verycomplex. Deep seabed in-situ monitoring technology has real-time, In-situ andlong-term observation ability of designated, synchronous and continuousmeasuremnet underwater on the deep seabed surface. Deep seabed In-Situ monitoringtechnology integrated sorts of instruments, sensors and electrical technology as awhole, can monitor biological, hydrological, geological boundary layer and so on.Research and develop deep seabed boundary layer monitoring techology has veryimportant significance to speed up the promotion of our country’s seabed detectionresources ablility and so on.In this paper, we use AT91SAM9263embedded system and MSP430microcontroller as control core, integrated deep sea instrument, power supply system,electromechanical equipment, buoyant equipment and so on. The system works indeep sea and control marine instruments collect and store date in a long time.The system uses launch module. The ship launches the system in the designeatedarea and retrieves it after the end of the sealab, so among the process there has noouter energy supplies and artificial control. This puts forwad a high requirement of thesystem’s tolerance, autonomy and intelligence. This paper analyse the system, and putforward the a design of double ARM embedded control system. This control systemrealizes automatically running, including self contained controls electricity supply,automatically control deep sebed instruments move and collect and store data in deepseabed stablely, reliablely and long-termly.The paper is divided into five chapters. Preface review the deep seabed in-situmonitoring technology of home and aborad, then put up the solution of deep seabedin-situ control system. The first chapter puts forward deep seabed in-situ monitoring control system’s content and technical route and detailed descirbes the design schemeof the hardware platform. The second chapter descirbes the process of setting upembedded system platform. The third charact detailed descirbes the applicationprogram’s structure, process and algorithm of embedded and MSP430SCM system.The fourth chapter describes the debugging process of laboratory and joint experiment,then gives the lab’s data of deep seabed boundary layer in-situ monitoring controlsystem. The last chapter mainly summarize the work and prospect.
