The experimental investigation on the near-wall turbulent structures modified by spanwise oscillating Lorentz force is presented. This paper studies and designs the control system of flow boundary layer.Referenced the study from home and abroad, this paper accomplish the experiments of fluid boundary layer control by periodic electromagnetic force. The experiments include two parts. First, reduce the friction drag force of the flow boundary layer and realizes fluid boundary layer drag reduction control by functional materials electromagnetic actuator. Second, make use of electromagnetic force to suppress the cylinder wake.In order to control the Electro-magnetic (EM) actuator, the embedded system ARM was adopted as the core control system. At last, some relavant results from the experiments are discussed.
