This article was conducted by Xi’nan peninsula in Xiapu county as the research subject. This paper, taking30m resolution TM remote sensing image in1994and the three temporal ETM+remote sensing images in1999,2003and2008,land using map,1:10000topographic map and forest resource survey as the date sources, using landscape ecological principles and3S technology, analyzed the dynamic of vegetation landscape pattern and made prediction about vegetation landscape in the future2022,2036,2050and2064.And based on these, we discussed the project construction of the proposed western strait Ningde zone in the Xi’nan peninsula exert influence on vegetation landscape and ecological sensitive region and bring forward pertinence countermeasures.The different vegetation landscape classification map was obtained by combining maximum likelihood method of supervised classification with the visual interpretation, based on the processing software of ERADAS, ArcGIS, Arcview, Fragstats, MATLAB which were mainly to preprocess the remote sensing image and vegetation landscape interpretation,. And on this theory, it analyzed dynamic change analysis of the vegetation landscape pattern by area change, space transfer change, terrain correlation analysis and landscape index. The results show that the research area formed vegetation landscape pattern of warm evergreen coniferous forest which were mainly consisted of pine forest. Vegetation landscape pattern reach relatively steady state.On the basis of these, vegetation landscape pattern on the master plan of western strait Ningde zone were analyzed, which combined with the distribution of vegetation landscape elements in2008. The results show that in the process of the project implementation, the various functional areas of permanent covering have greater influence on the key ecological sensitive target. So we should focuse on the protection of the local vegetation landscape pattern, control artificial landscape, expand ecological protection ability, construct the vegetation landscape matrix to recover and reconstruct shelterbelt of coastal protection forest, strengthen ecological corridor construction, improve the ecological protection ability. In view of the distribution of the special protected wild plants or ancient and well-known trees, we should take measures which mainly depend on the in situ conservation while supplemented by migration. And we should establish natural reserve,ancient trees landscape park, ancient and well-known trees protection in the ecological sensitive region, to maximally the reduce the influence of the planning implementation of ecological sensitive region.
