| In this paper, we respectively discuss the stability and existence of traveling wavesolutions for two types of tumor growth differential equation models.This paper is composed of four chapters.In the first chapter, the history, background of dynamics of differential equationmodels for tumor growth are briefly reviewed. Furthermore, we simply introduced themain work in this paper.In the second chapter, we study a model of ordinary differential equation of tumorgrowth and obstain locally asymptotic stability of equilibrium by theory of ordinarydifferential equations.In the third chapter,mainly introduce the reaction-diffusion model of tumorgrowth under acidic environment.Considing changes due to excessH ion by acombination of perturbation methods, the Fredholm theory and Banach fixed pointtheorem,we thoretically justify the existence of the travelling wave solution.In the fourth chapter, we provide conclusion and prospect about investigation ofmathematical modeling for tumor growth. |
