Medical studies have shown that CD4+T cells are the primary target cells of HIV infection. When the virus goes into the healthy CD4+T cells, the healthy cells are infected by the virus. If CD4+T cells are infected by HIV, not only the ability to generate the virus, but also the mortality rate of infected cells is different due to their different ages of infection, all of this has led to the changes of dynamics behaviors of HIV infection. So the age-structure is introduced into the model of HIV infection. This paper is composed of three chapters. In the first chapter, the background of dynamics model on HIV infection is briefly reviewed. Furthermore, we give a brief introduction of the main topic in the paper. In the second chapter, the research focuses on the stability of age-structured HIV infection model, and pays attention to the variations of the production rate of virus and the mortality of infected cells. It analyzes the locally, asymptotic stability of uninfected and infected equilibrium point, and proposes the sufficient conditions of the locally asymptotic stability of uninfected and infected equilibrium point. In the third chapter, given the condition that they are not necessarily completely transformed into infected cells when the healthy CD4+T cells are combined with the virus, the model talked in the second chapter is further improved. It will analyze the locally asymptotic stability of uninfected equilibrium point, and proposes the sufficient conditions of the locally asymptotic stability of uninfected equilibrium point.
