| This paper studied waves River section and set ten sampling points according to the need of research. We collected water samples in March of2009to January of2010and studied aquatic fungi Leptomitus Agardh population dynamics with conventional microbial separation methods and also detected and analyzed the physical and chemical factors of water environment. SPSsStatisties17.0software and Canon software and Pearson correlation analysis and RDA redundancy analysis method were used to analysis the correlation of Leptomitus Agardh population dynamics population and physical and chemical factors in waves river downstream. Leptomitus Agardh population variation and chemicals composition and their connection with environmental factor were studied. So this paper provided a scientific basis for the development and utilization of Leptomitus Agardh. This paper showed that:1The law of Leptomitus Agardh population dynamic variation was as followed: Leptomitus Agardh had a outbreak growth in October to next January and the concentrated distribution of growing places were in river section between Douyin river and river clip dam while other riverssegment rarely occurred.2Mg2+, temperature, the COD and Fe3+, total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP) were eight detection indexs of wave river downstream, of which water temperature, COD, total nitrogen (TN) content and Leptomitus Agardh population were significantly correlated.3The best obtained conditions of Leptomitus Agardh was czapek medium,30g/L of carbon source (sucrose),3g/L of nitrogen source (peptone),5.0of initial pH value,35℃of temperaturewas,140r/min of shaking speed,10%of the bacterial fragments inoculum,24h of incubation time.4Leptomitus Agardh material composition analysis results showed that per g of Leptomitus Agardh dry matter contained total sugar0.6169g, crude protein0.2933g, coarse fiber0.1006g, crude fat0.1756g; The amino acid composition analysis showed that Leptomitus Agardh contained a total of17kinds of amino acids, total of which accounted for15.73%of all dry matter. Amount of essential amino acids was6.69%of dry matter and42.53%of total amino acid content; The fatty acid analysis showed that the main component of Leptomitus Agardh fatty acids was n-hexadecane acid (C16H32O2), octadecadienoic acid (C18H32O2), oleic acid (C18H34O2) and octadecenoic acid (C18H34O2) and their relative content of total fatty acids were17.238%,12.427%,20.666%,24.121%respectively; The trace element analysis results showed that Leptomitus Agardh thallus contained Cr (2.05mg/kg), Mn (4.53mg/kg) and Fe (111mg/kg), Ni (.691mg/kg), Cu (0.822mg/kg), Zn (900mg/kg) and Cd (0.01mg/kg), Ti (0.002mg/kg) and Pb (0.215mg/kg), Ca (546mg/kg), K (753mg/kg) and14 speciestrace elements, of which Zn had highest amount and Ti had lowest amount. Leptomilus Agardh could rapidly growed in the environment of low temperature, high organic pollution, which was closely ralated with its high total sugar amount and amino acid and Mg2+and of Fe3+absorption ability. In nutritional value, Leptomitus Agardh contained a large number of carbohydrate, protein and rich mineral elements which animal growth and development needed. While the crude fiber animals could not digest was low and had the development value of bacterial feed. |
