| The establishment of urban disasters prediction information system, can estimate the earthquake disaster of future and losses toward the city buildings, can correctly estimate that the earthquake disasters distribute, serious degree which appear most possibly, and may result in Economic losses and Casualties when the forecasted earthquake take place in this city, can provide scientific qualification for carry out the city anti-earthquake disaster prevention work, can facilitate the rapid emergency re-sponse of relevant department.At first this thesis analyzed the present development condition of the prediction work of urban buildings, and put forward to the designed project of ArcGIS based information system of urban seismic disasters prediction. This thesis introduced thoroughly how to make use of Shapefile database to established the house building database. Take the Visual Basic6.0as to develop the terrace and Component library of ArcObjects as the tool to re-develop the GIS software. The secondary development of the ArcGIS software is based on Visual Basic6.0development platform using ArcObjects component library. According to major and minor axes of the seismic intensity attenuation relationship, it stresses the specific programming for seismic hazard analysis. And it combines the earthquake damage prediction of city building groups matrix, casualty matrix and damage to property matrix to detail a method how to accurately estimate the casualties and property losses in the specified areas that subjected to earthquakes. |
