Based on1958/1959-2009/2010winter global sea surface temperature (SST) and the Chinese160stations monthly mean temperature data, etc., the relationships between temperature anomalies in China during the winter2009/2010and sea surface temperature (SST) anomalies are analyzed by the method general equilibrium feedback (GEFA) developed by Liu lately. key basins weren’t Isolated from SST affected the China Southwest warm-Northeast cold anomaly type of winter2009/2010temperature; according to wave flux propagation characteristics, we focused on the effect of the Atlantic key area SST abnormality on China winter temperature anomaly; based on GEFA diagnostic results, using the global atmospheric circulation model ECHAM5diagnosis the sensitivity of China winter temperature anomaly in response to the key area of SSTA. The main results are as follows:(1) The eastern equatorial Pacific EL Nino mode made China Southwest warming at above0.3℃, most of the northeast region of the cooling at about0.7℃; tropical the Atlantic" tripolar" mode makes the Southwest warming in0.4℃, northeast majority area cooling in0.5℃. under the joint action of the TP1, TA3two modes the response field displayed southwest warming response center up to1℃, Northeastern region of the cooling response center at above1℃, and compared with the observed anomalies, the forced response contributions in most areas reached47%.(2) Plumb Formula diagnosis result shows that the fluctuation of flux, tropical the Atlantic on the south side of the SST is warming abnormal, the Atlantic/Africa wave action is stronger, while in Asia-Europe continent has a’+,-,+,-’arrangement of the teleconnection pattern, makes the East Asian mid-latitudes show wave convergence abnormalities, corresponding to the lower troposphere cold air weakened in the East Asia coast, northeast monsoon weakened, while in Southeast coast producing anticyclones circulation anomaly, which leads to the warming winter in the Southern China and the Southwestern region.(3) In the sensitivity test, in Southwest China temperature warming anomalies response to tropical Pacific El Nino mode at about0.5℃, the response to Tropical the Atlantic SSTA at+0.6℃, warming center of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau area maximum temperature increasing1℃. Under the El Nino modal and tropical the Atlantic" tripolar" forcing, in Northeast most of the area showed a cold response, temperature anomaly decreased respectively in0.6℃and about0.45℃. Tropical the Atlantic" tripolar" and tropical Pacific El Nino mold joint force may be the one of cause during the winter2009/2010East China temperature anomalies. These two kinds of SSTA pattern made middle high latitude zonal wind strengthened, and the meridional wind weakened, East Asian mid-low latitude winter monsoon weaked, leading to the Southern China and Southwest warmer than normal, and Northeast cold. at the same time, in the Western Pacific region sea level pressure anticyclones circulation anomaly may have weakened East Asia winter monsoon in the coast.
