This paper mainly studies the methods of multi-attribute decision making basedon prioritized intuitionistic fuzzy sets. It consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, we introduce the origin and current research situations ofintuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators and prioritized aggregation opertors. Thenwe present the main achievements of this paper. In the second chapter, we discuss two situations of the prioritized intuitionisticfuzzy decision making problem. We develop a prioritized intuitionistic fuzzy OWAoperator to solve the situation that there is only one criteria in each prioritizedcategory. When each prioritized category has many criteria, we define theintuitionistic fuzzy weighted OWA operator to aggregate the attribute values in eachcategory. Then we present the decision making methods associated with thoseoperators. Several realistic examples are stated to demonstrate the practicability. In the third chapter, for prioritized intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decisionmaking problems, we propose a prioritized intuitionistic fuzzy information fusionalgorithm, and develop a new concept that evaluate the degree of compatibilitybetween two intuitionistic fuzzy sets. In this article, we use this algorithm to solvethe multi-attribute decision making based on prioritized intuitionistic fuzzy sets, anddemonstrate the practicability.
