Because of the limitation of expert experience and professional knowledge and the complexity of decision-making environment,uncertainty widely exists in practical decision-making problems.How to apply appropriate theories and methods to deal with this kind of uncertainty has become very necessary and urgent.Fuzzy sets provide an effective quantitative representation tool for dealing with the uncertain information in the process of decision-making.As an extension of fuzzy set,intuitionistic fuzzy set has been successfully applied to solve practical decision-making problems because of its more detailed and effective granularity in describing uncertain information.Based on the research results of the existing intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)methods,this thesis refines the defects of the existing methods,studies the new multi-attribute group decision-making methods under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment and generalizes them to the linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment.The work of this thesis is as follows:1.The method of dynamic MADM based on fractional calculus in intuitionistic fuzzy environment is studied.In this thesis,the intuitionistic fuzzy psychological distance measure considering the background environment is proposed to solve the problem that the existing intuitionistic fuzzy distance measure does not consider the background environment when it is applied to decision-making problems;the fractional calculus with memory is introduced to solve the attribute weight,which overcomes the fact that the method of solving the dynamic weight in the existing dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy dynamic MADM problems is not applicable to real problems Based on intuitionistic fuzzy psychological distance measure and fractional calculus,the corresponding intuitionistic fuzzy dynamic MADM method is proposed and applied to the dynamic multi-attribute group decision-making problem.2.The decision-making method of dynamic multi-attribute time weight based on intuitionistic fuzzy environment is studied.From the perspective of subjective and objective synthesis,the idea of "reappearance in light of the past" is proposed to solve the dynamic time weight.Finally,it is applied to the dynamic multi-attribute group decision-making problem.3.The dynamic MADM method based on distance measure of linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy set is studied.Abstract the existing linguistic scale function,propose a more sensitive linguistic scale function and a more responsive similarity measure,and propose an improved decision-making method in the linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute environment.Finally,the method is applied to handel the multi-attribute group decision-making problems.Finally,the multi-attribute decision-making method proposed in this paper is applied to previous examples for comparative analysis,reflecting the practicability and feasibility of the proposed method.
