The paper analyzed and researched on two processes of north China (a snowstorm occurred on Nov.9to12,2009(hereinafter referred as "0911" snowstorm), and one rainstorm occurred on Aug.25and26,2009(hereinafter referred as "0908" rainstorm)) carefully from the view of atmospheric energy with the conventional synoptic analysis, NCEP reanalysis data, conventional detection data, and new detection data. Then we put them comparative analysis, meanwhile, also discussed each of their atmospheric energy structure and mechanism. It was revealed that:1, the obvious structure characteristic of "0911" snowstorm was energy front, Snowstorm center was located in the edge of energy front and high-energy area, its existence and development accompanied with occurring and developing of snowstorm. Another significant atmospheric energy structure characteristic was stratus, which had increased temperature and humidity characteristic. What were stratus formed conditions and process mechanism, that were higher temperature and humidification atmospheric environment, in the early of snowstorm, providing a favorable warm and humid energy accumulation field; the positive feedback mechanism of water vapor condense accelerated formation of snowstorm; a great quantity of condensation latent heat, which produced in water vapor condensation, promoted development of vertical ascending motion, when water vapor were rich in mid-lower atmosphere, a large of water vapor condensed and increased, and then forming cloud-droplet, snowstorm product.2, Paper studies and explores the evolution mechanism about distribution, storage and release of atmosphere energy on the "0908" rainstorm process:atmosphere energy’s initial field presents high energy in the upper atmosphere, and low-energy in low atmosphere, meanwhile, the position of the subtropical high could block warm-moist air flow gathered to the region, what was beneficial to storage unstable energy of rainstorm; obvious energy structure feature was energy tube in this process, formation and maintain of energy tube were associated with unstable energy release, it formed south vertical circulation circle and north vertical circulation circle in south and north side of energy tube, which constituted energy release system of rainstorm.3, The V-3θ energy structure analysis method could well reflect atmospheric energy structure evolution of station. The state variation of unstable energy and water vapor vertical distribution were good for revealing entire weather evolutionary process, ultralow temperature layer provided indication information for weather forecast and warning, and the key was the turning point of the vertical wind shear.There are there main innovation points on the paper:1, Paper multi-angle synthetically research and discuss atmosphere energy structure characteristics and their physical mechanism of two weather type, snowstorm and rainstorm, in the area of north China from atmospheric energy structure Angle.2, Paper research stratus formation mechanism, with increasing temperature and humidity characteristic, finding stratus playing a vital role in the whole precipitation process, and then, it get a positive feedback mechanism of water vapor condense, which accelerated formation cloud droplets.3, Paper take evolution form and physical mechanism of "0908" rainstorm by analyzing the evolution process about distribution, storage and release of atmosphere energy.
