The paper developed a device of intelligence detection head in the explosion overpressurefield based on existing storage test technology and its theory, which had many advantages ,such as high reliability, miniaturization, high precision, Anti-electromagnetism interference,and Layout convenient, simple operation , unity of command , fast data online and so on.Through the practical test,the pressure signal in explosion field could be measured anduploaded through the wireless/optical fiber communication unit to PC in real time,or forstorage through USB.Firstly, the paper researches the overpressure signal in the explosion field carefully,analyzes the formation , the main parameters and characteristics of shock wave in explosion.Accurately assessing the characteristic parameters of the shockwave can provide theimportant basis for explosion type judgment, power contrast and performance evaluation.Secondly, the paper expounds the development target, design principles, main functionand various parameters of intelligent detection head, and analyzes the overall scheme of thetest system.Thirdly, the paper introduction the circuit design of intelligence detection head bydivisionally, including analog circuit design , digital circuit design and communication circuitdesign , the power and power management circuit and so on.Finally, the paper discusses the key technologies that using in intelligence detectionhead , such as digital technology, miniaturization, dynamic calibration technology and restrainelectromagnetic interference shielding technology, the article also do finite element analysisfor this system, and solve the results.
