Research On Visual Model Of The Urban Flood Early Warning Based On GIS

As one of the main natural disasters, city flooding always cause great economic losses for city. Geographic information system has a strong data management and analysis function, is widely applied to the analysis of the flooding of the city. Research on GIS visualization model is applied to flood forecast in city early warning has become an important topic.This paper focus of concern is the GIS in the flood risk classification and simulation submerged applications. Through the establishment of GIS visualization model, in the already access to relevant parameters, through the application of the model to forecast warning submerged in the area, etc. Through the analysis of hydrological model and inundation model building and the realization of the3d visualization, can quickly and intuitively evacuate simulation of the area where flooding happens, then for urban flood emergency disposal to provide information and data support.This paper first do analytical to the formation, characteristic and classification of city flooding, and raises the problems that the urban flood control and disaster alleviation countermeasures should pay attention to, makes specific description and comparative analysis to the commonly used method of flood control technology such as flood risk figure and the flood control plan, then also reviews the GIS in the application of city flood control. The content summarizes the current urban flood problems, analyses city flood control technology, and puts forward to establish GIS visualization model of city flooding. Through the analysis of relevance elements of the city flood early warning, the author proposed the GIS visualization model need of relevant information, and to the GIS application in hydrological analysis and river flooded the relevant analysis process analysis are summarized. Also on city flood analysis modeling involves many function of GIS technology are discussed, which establishes the technology for simulating the theoretical basis.Finally high-tech development zone in the Jiangxi province Xinyu city as the research object, constructing hydrological analysis model, and grading evaluation the flood of the area, established submerged analysis model in the research of the area of the small watershed, according to the design flood level simulation analysis of range submerged covered and the actual situation in comparison.This paper discusses the application of GIS techniques in city hydrologic analysis and floods analysis. It found that for the extraction of the hydrological features and determine the range of submerged geographic information analysis process visualization model established for fast flood information extraction, formulate corresponding countermeasures. This paper proposes the thinking of geographical information model method for the city flood study, has reference value to the research of city flood early warning.
